We are a leading media group in Poland, comprising the following companies:

Cyfrowy Polsat – Poland’s largest pay TV operator and the fourth largest satellite platform in Europe;
Telewizja Polsat – leading commercial broadcaster in Poland;
Redefine – creator of the IPLA online service, the leader of the online video market in Poland.

We operate in two business segments: the residential business segment (which provides digital TV, broadband Internet, mobile telephony, and online entertainment services) and the TV production and broadcasting segment. Since May 2008, Cyfrowy Polsat has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The Telewizja Polsat Group has:

  • 25 popular TV channels, five of which are available in high definition, including entertainment, sports, news, business, lifestyle, film, documentary, and children’s interest channels,
  • 21.1% audience share (16–49 age group),
  • 24.1% share of the TV advertising market.

The Cyfrowy Polsat platform has:

  • 3.54 million subscribers,
  • More than 140 Polish language channels and over 40 HD channels,
  • Additional services: PPV, VOD Home Video Rental, catch-up TV, Multiroom HD, online services,
  • Own set-top box manufacturing plant,
  • Telecommunications services – mobile telephony services provided by Cyfrowy Polsat as an infrastructural MVNO since September 2008, and the Plus network mobile telephony services provided in cooperation with Polkomtel since April 2012; we sell broadband Internet access in the wireless HSPA+ technology and the cutting-edge, ultra-fast LTE,
  • Unique product – Mobile TV, based on the terrestrial digital technology (DVB-T); Cyfrowy Polsat’s Mobile TV is available for viewing on the most popular portable devices, and can be accessed using the latest DVB-T set-top box manufactured by our plant.

  • IPLA is the leader of the Polish video online streaming market, both in terms of its compatibility with electronic devices (desktop/laptop computers, tablets, smartphones, Smart TV sets, set-top boxes, game consoles) and in terms of content volume.
  • IPLA also enjoys a leading position in terms of the number of users and the average time spent by a single user watching streamed content.
